Is a photo booth included with the subscription?
No. You pay for the software. It runs on the booth you already have, using a touchscreen or USB button. Need hardware? Request a quote.
What happens after seven days?
If you haven't entered any payment details, the trial simply ends automatically. There's nothing to cancel, and your workspace will be saved for a while. Have you entered your payment details? Your plan will continue, and you'll pay half price for three months.
What does commission mean for the hospitality plans?
With Partner and Plus, you pay a share of the revenue from paid sessions. With Total, you keep all the revenue and only pay the monthly fee.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. You can cancel directly from your account. Your subscription will end at the end of the paid month.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time. The difference will be reflected in your next invoice.
